  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

You will be entitled to a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on availability.

3. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered:

  • We will arrange the correct replacement or a refund.

4. Your Cancellation Rights

  1. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive your items.

  3. You then have 14 days to return the items to us.

5. Refunds
